- provides knowledge for decision-making processes on the development of working life and the renewal of basic services and benefit schemes.
WeAll combines academic research and societal engagement in new ways. WeAll develops and enhances dialogue between the multidisciplinary research group and stakeholders in working life.
Shifting care, shifting caps
- Aim: is to produce knowledge to advance equality in women’s career development and salary gap, women and immigrants’ participation in working life as well as men’s opportunities to participate in family life
- Work-family relationship through intersectional lens
- An interest is in age, gender, ethnicity and regionality in the context of changing social values and economic environment

Social sustainability in work organisations
